In just a few years, the model gained accreditation in the residential Real Estate industry as a new link in the value chain of the real estate offering, enhancing it through services and products related to interior design.

In June 2023, the model evolved into Contract District Group, a “cloud based” organization that presents itself as a marketplace capable of offering an increasingly wide range of services and furniture brands, leveraging innovative technologies and processes for the Design System.
